What is the Glow Girl ePoints Program?

How do i know if an item i want is in stock?
At Glow Girl we have a real time stock monitoring system. If an item is out of stock that you wish to purchase one of two things will happen: 1) The item will be marked as 'Out of Stock' preventing you from ordering it or 2) A message will appear in your shopping cart letting you know which items are out of stock and stopping you from proceeding, this is to ensure the quantity you require is not greater than what we have available.

I'm looking for a particular item but you dont stock it. Can you help?
Of course! If there are any brands or particular products you'd like to see us stock simply send us an email to
info@glowgirl.co.uk and we promise to do our absolute best to try and stock it.

Payment

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal as our payment processors, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro. We can also accept payment directly from your Paypal account, making your whole transaction that much quicker.

How do i know my payment is secure?

What is 'Verified by Visa' and 'Mastercard SecureCode'?
Glow Girl has added "Verified by VISA" and "MasterCard SecureCode" to its internet security measures - helping to ensure that our customers are safe when shopping with us.

Verified by Visa protects your existing Visa card with a password you create, giving you assurance that only you can use your Visa card online.
Simply activate your card and create your personal password. You'll get the added confidence that your Visa card is safe when you shop at participating online stores.

Once your card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever you purchase at participating online stores. You'll enter your password in the Verified by Visa window, your identity will be verified, and the transaction will be completed. In stores that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your Visa card will continue to work as usual.

Delivery

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours via Royal Mail First Class(2-4 working days). Please note however that during busy periods it may take slightly longer so please bear with us. If you havent received your package in this timeframe please contact us at info@glowgirl.co.uk and we will be glad to assist you.

How much do i have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is absolutely free! Regardless of the size or value of your order, you won't be charged a penny for shipping! For all orders outside the U.K we charge a flat rate of £7.99 for shipping via Royal Mail Air Mail for all orders under £50.

How can i tell if my order has shipped?
Please refer to the 'My Orders' section of your account with us and you will be able to tell the status of your order.

Do you ship outside the U.K?
Yes! For all orders outside the U.K we charge a flat rate of £7.99 for shipping via Royal Mail Air Mail. Free shipping is available outside of the UK for all orders over £49.99.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item, we can offer an exchange provided the item is still in its packaging / seal. The customer will be responsible for all associated delivery fees. We must be contacted within 7 working days of the item being delivered. Please email us at info@glowgirl.co.uk if you would like an exchange.

Refunds
Please inform us within 7 working days after you have received the package if you would like a refund, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. We cannot however offer any form of refunds on cosmetics which have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

Returns procedure
Please email us at info@glowgirl.co.uk with the details of your return, we will then inform you of the procedure.


Complaints
In the unlikely event you need to launch a complaint with us, please email us at info@glowgirl.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and have all problems fixed within 5 working days.
