To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives to you we wanted to give something back, this is why we have launched the Glow Girl ePoints Program.

The Glow Girl ePoints Program is as simple as it sounds, while shopping at Glow Girl you will earn ePoints for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at Glow Girl.

When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of ePoints earned. These ePoints are added to your Glow Girl ePoints account as pending ePoints.
All pending ePoints are listed in your Glow Girl ePoints account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by Glow Girl.

Once any pending ePoints have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those ePoints, ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your ePoints.

During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your ePoints balance.

Currently, for every £1.00 spent at Glow Girl you'll earn 5 Glow Girl ePoints. 1 Glow Girl ePoint is equal to 1p.
For example:
          Product Cost:  £100.00
          Value of Points Earned:  £2.50

If you have a balance in your Glow Girl ePoints Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at Glow Girl.
During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Glow Girl ePoints Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Glow Girl ePoints account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.
Please note purchases made with purely ePoints will not be eligible for further ePoints. However any part payment made will be eligible for ePoints.

Currently, no minimum balance is required to redeem your points. Please note, you'll still have to select another payment method if there isn't enough in your Shopping Points account to cover the cost of your purchase.
